Good to know before signing up

Chat with your customers (Shop 1 and Shop 2): this feature runs on Facebook Messenger chat. It requires an active Facebook page that you administer.
Custom domain name (Shop 2): the domain is purchased and owned by you; DropShipPrint handles connecting it to your store. Prefer not to deal with it? Talk to us: we can take care of the domain purchase and your email management, on request.
Delivery: we ship worldwide, except to countries under restrictions.
White-label: from Shop 1 onwards, you are the sender of the package. On the Free plan, the sender shown is DropShipPrint.

Connecting to Shopify comes in two versions, at the same price and with the same feature scope — only the method differs, as required by Shopify's architecture rules. Store created before January 1, 2026 → legacy version. Store created from January 1, 2026 onwards → new version. You don't need to choose anything: a question about your store's creation date automatically determines the version applied. ⓘ
